Handige weetjes kamperen

Op uw aankomstdag staan wij vanaf 14:00 uur klaar om u te ontvangen. Op de vertrekdag nemen wij van gasten die toeristisch kamperen voor 12:00 uur weer afscheid. Op de aankomstdag bent u vanaf 09:30 uur al welkom om gebruik te maken van de faciliteiten. Ook op de vertrekdag kunt u de gehele dag nog gebruik maken van alle faciliteiten.

In de periode van 5 juli tot 30 augustus 2026 kunt u voor uw kampeerlocatie enkel aankomen en vertrekken op zaterdag. Buiten deze periode is het mogelijk om flexibel aan te komen en te vertrekken.

You will find a CEE socket (Euronorm) at your location. We recommend that you bring a euro plug and a coax cable, as well as a drainage hose for the waste water discharge point at your location. The euro plug can be hired from de Parkreceptie for a €20 deposit. You also have a digital TV signal (DVB-C) at the location. Unfortunately, if your TV does not have a DVB-C tuner, you cannot receive a signal. The camping site has a 10 ampere electricity connection, and you can use a maximum of 2200 watts of equipment at the same time.

Cancellations prior to arrival must be made directly to the campground in writing. Thus, you can cancel your reservation by sending an e-mail to the campsite. The e-mail address can be found on the campsite page.

If you have taken out the cancellation guarantee with us and your reason is a valid one (see the general terms and conditions of sale: www.capfun.nl/CONDITIONS_GENERALES_DE_VENTE_NL.pdf) then we will ask you to send a proof along with the e-mail. This could be, for example, a statement from your doctor stating that it is not possible for you to go on vacation due to medical reasons. Please also mention in the e-mail your IBAN and BIC (you can find the BIC on the website of your bank) so that the campsite can proceed as quickly as possible to the refund of the amount already paid, minus booking fees and cancellation guarantee.

If you have cancellation insurance with an outside insurance company, the refund will go through them. You will still need to cancel the reservation with the campground in writing. In this case, we recommend contacting the insurance company first to ask what exactly they need from the campground in terms of documentation. This could be, for example, a cancellation confirmation or cancellation note. You can then ask for this directly in the email and the campground will send it to you.

De Parkshop is tijdens het kampeerseizoen dagelijks geopend voor vers afgebakken broodjes, jus d’orange en koffie. Daarnaast kunt u bij de Parkshop terecht voor kleine dagelijkse boodschappen, merchandise en speelgoed.

Guests at Capfun de Bongerd can make unlimited use of de Holle Bolle Boom. Splash in the world of de Holle Bolle Plons, climb and clamber in de Holle Bolle Binnen or enjoy the Splash Pool, the outdoor pool with slides and the Fountain Square in het Waterpark (open with good weather from the May vacation until the beginning of September). Open the gates yourself with your own Bongerd Bandje and discover the adventures of de Holle Bolle Boom!

Per toeristische locatie zijn maximaal twee huisdieren toegestaan. Deze dienen niet alleen op het Campingpark, maar ook op uw locatie te allen tijde aangelijnd te zijn. Voor het uitlaten van uw hond is er een speciale hondenuitlaatstrook. U dient altijd een schepje of opruimzakje mee te nemen. Honden zijn niet welkom in de horecagelegenheden, de Parkreceptie, CaraHoedje, het Appeloniatheater, de Sanitairgebouwen en de Holle Bolle Boom. Honden zijn ook niet toegestaan in de rentals.

At Capfun de Bongerd you will find two types of camping locations, Comfort locations and deviant camping locations.

• Standard Comfort sites are 100 m2 and equipped with 10-ampere electricity, TV connection for digital reception, water point and a waste water disposal point.
• The deviated locations deviate from the standard size of 100 m2, these locations can only be booked by phone. Please contact de Parkreceptie to find out the exact dimensions of these locations. Just like the standard Comfort pitches, the deviating pitches have 10 ampere electricity, a TV connection for digital reception, a water tap and a waste water discharge point.

Alle toeristische locaties zijn voorzien van een toplaag van 100% natuurlijk schelpenmengsel. Deze toplaag bestaat uit een vlak van ongeveer 5 bij 5 meter en betreft dus precies de afmeting van uw caravan en eventuele voortent. De locatie heeft voor de rest een groene uitstraling. Er is uiteraard alles aan gedaan de schelpen goed plat te walsen, maar ondanks dat adviseren wij u wel om een bouwzeil als ondergrond te gebruiken voor onder het tentgedeelte. Per locatie is 1 kampeermiddel toegestaan en 1 klein (koepel) bijzettentje voor circa 2 personen (maximaal 2 bij 2 meter). Grotere bijzettenten/extra kampeermiddelen zijn niet toegestaan, dan dient een extra locatie gereserveerd te worden. Het is eveneens niet toegestaan om een meegebrachte partytent op uw locatie te plaatsen, ook niet als zijnde voortent.

Capfun de Bongerd is in 2026 voor het kamperen geopend van 20 maart t/m 25 september. Voor een verblijf in een accommodatie is Capfun de Bongerd het hele jaar geopend. Voor een informatief bezoek bent u ook het hele jaar van harte welkom. De Parkreceptie is 7 dagen per week geopend.

Een professioneel en dynamisch team verzorgt tijdens Pasen, de meivakantie, Hemelvaart, Pinksteren en tijdens de acht weken Nederlandse schoolvakantie spetterende, uiteenlopende en veelal gethematiseerde activiteiten en shows. De activiteiten zijn veelal in leeftijdsgroepen verdeeld en verspreid over de hele dag. Vleghel de Egel, Carabouille en alle andere Bongerd Vriendjes kunnen niet wachten totdat uw kinderen er zijn. Tussen Pasen en Koningsdag en na de meivakantie is er naast de weekenden doordeweeks dagelijks een kleinschalig programma afgestemd op het aantal aanwezige kinderen. In het voor- en naseizoen hebben wij alleen in het weekend een programma, afgestemd op het aantal aanwezige kinderen. Het animatieprogramma is terug te vinden in de Bongerd App.

Ook in het voor- en naseizoen raden wij u aan een reservering te maken. Reserveren kan online via deze site of via de Parkreceptie. Wij rekenen €10,-  reserveringskosten. In de bevestiging die u ontvangt, ziet u de betalingsspreiding. 25% van de verblijfskosten dient binnen 10 dagen na reservering te zijn voldaan. Het restant betaalt u uiterlijk 30 dagen voor aankomst.

At the Camping Park you can use the completely renovated luxury Sanitary Building from 2024. The luxury Sanitary Building is equipped with a launderette, children's toilets and showers, family showers, regular showers and toilets, a disabled toilet and a dishwasher.

Do you have a preference for a particular location at our Camping Park? Then you can make a special reservation for that location, subject to availability. There is a charge of €25 per booking for this preference booking.
